About Cabin by the Sea

Situated on a private waterfront property in beautiful Bowser BC, Canada, the cabin is nestled within a peaceful forest, providing a relaxing environment for your ultimate escape. Far from city sounds, the only noise you will hear is the wind blowing through the trees, the sea rolling on to the beach, and the sounds of eagles and ocean-birds at play.

The property is composed of 18 privately owned cabins, most of which are not rentals. The waterfront property used to be a public resort but each cabin was converted in the late 1990s to privately owned units. The property features a quiet private beach that is only a short 2-minute walk from the cabin. Other available facilities include coin operated laundry, a pay-phone, a sandy picnic area on the waterfront, fire-pits, and a boat launch.

Bowser's central location which is just outside Qualicum Beach, allows you to explore many hidden gems on Vancouver Island. If you enjoy golfing, Vancouver Island has many award-winning golf courses, 8 of which are within 30-minutes driving distance or less.
